  8. READ FIRST =>  BEFORE you can use DRS to read a BAD disk you MUST initialize
  9.                it.  This means you must place a GOOD disk of the type that
  10.                will be read and let DRS see it first!  Then you can install 
  11.                the BAD disk and DRS will read it for you.
